Business conditions

 

Please pay attention to the following business conditions of Valens Residence

 

• When making a reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance of 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer to the giro account of the accommodation service provider no later than 24 hours after the delivery of the offer to your email address.
• The rest of the stay price of 70% is paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
• If the reservation is made within less than 30 days from the date of arrival, the entire amount of the stay is paid at the time of reservation.
• The price includes residence tax and all other taxes, as well as all the contents of the villa that are mentioned in its description, except for the cost of the wine displayed in the wine shop, which is charged according to the price list found in the building.
• Damage insurance: a refundable deposit in the amount of €500 is required upon arrival, or an insurance policy for the amount of damage of €1,000.
• Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior notice.
• Check-in to the facility is possible after 4:00 p.m., on the day of arrival.
• Check-out from the facility must be done by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• The facility reserves the right to charge additional costs for late check-outs.

• The accommodation price does not include the cost of additional cleaning of the property, which can be arranged upon the guest’s request, nor the cost of pool heating from October 1st to October 31st, and from May 1st to May 31st, during which period pool heating is charged at an additional rate of 100 euros per day. During this period, a request for pool heating must be made at least 20 days prior to arrival due to the time required for heating.
• From November 1st to April 30th of the following year, the pool is not in operation.
• Valens Residence reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change the reservation if the reservation system has been misused or if it was made by an obvious mistake of the user.

Reservation cancellation conditions

 

• In case of cancellation 31 days or more from the day of arrival, 30% of the total price of the stay is charged.
• In case of cancellation 30 days or less from arrival, 100% of the total price of the stay will be charged.
